This is a Colop Q24 date stamp - it has a 23mm x 23mm text area with the 3mm date centred. Because of size constraints the year band on this stamp is a 2-digit numeric version.(so 2019 is represented as "19"). Colop self-inking stamps come in a huge variety of shapes and sizes.
